Evans Delivery (TFL) weekly fuel surcharge effective weekly are based on the Department of Energy (DOE) index. The fuel surcharge applies to all of our Rail, Import and Export moves which originate on the local Rail network, Port of New York, Port of New Jersey, both local, long hauls and interline.
The fuel surcharge is based upon the Department of Energy (DOE) index of the average Weekly Retail On-Highway Diesel Prices across all types in the U.S. (in dollars per gallon, including all taxes). The intermodal fuel surcharge table below is used to determine the surcharge percentage for CSXT services.
